Are all prices fixed?
All services are subject to additional charge due to amount of hair, extra time, or usage of product.
I can’t make it! can I cancel my appointment?
Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours notice. A 20% service fee will be charged for late appointments cancelled. Full charge may be applied to no-show appointments.
Do you take walk-in Appointments?
Appointments are subject to availability. We welcome walk-ins, but advanced reservations are recommended.
How long will my appointment take?
Some longer appointment times (i.e.: extensions) require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable upon cancellation.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash, most major credit cards, and Apple Pay. No checks.
Can I book a group appointment?
Groups of 4 or more should plan 1-3 months ahead to assure a great experience. We specialize in bridal groups, birthdays, and all types of spa/salon combinations.
What Products Do You Use? Can I buy them?
You can buy beauty products from many sources in the Lehigh Valley, but many are guaranteed only when sold by licenced professionals. The staff at Bodacious Hair & Body has been expertly trained to help you select the best products for your lifestyle.
